Your Life Your Plan is a free service that helps

you make your choices known before a crisis.

We understand that it can be scary thinking about what can happen in a crisis or serious medical event, and that legal documents can be overwhelming. Having things written down before a crisis happens can reduce the uncertainty for you and your loved ones. Your Life, Your Plan (YLYP) is a free program that connects you with your local law librarian and a reputable estate planning attorney through an online portal powered by Moxo.
